El-Zakzaky gets quality medical service

Medanta Hospital, New Delhi, India has commenced the treatment of the leader of Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), Sheikh Ibraheem el- Zakzaky and his wife.

The spokesman of IMN, Mr. Ibrahim Musa in the early hours of yesterday had released an audio statement lamenting the state of the IMN leader who was allegedly  denied access to medical service by a doctor of his choice. He had accused the Federal Government of interference in the choice of doctors to attend to El-Zakzaky, giving the option of returning to  Nigeria than been treated by unknown persons.

Musa said that the security measure attached to the situation was unnecessary, noting that the detention center in Nigeria was far better than the current  facility.

After several protests at the initial stage of treatment, Musa confirmed that el-Zakzaky’s doctors are now in charge of his treatment, while hoping that the state of his health will improve soon.

He explained that the dispute on the matter have been resolved, adding that the Islamic Human Rights Commission took responsibility for the treatment of the cleric and his wife’s medical trip.
