The Nigerian government has drawn a red line with South Africa over the continued attacks on Nigerians living in that Country
Minister of Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Onyeama disclosed this to Newsmen after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari and the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo in Abuja on Wednesday.
He said as part of measures to stop the unfortunate trend, the federal government is also sending a clear message to the South African government that it would no longer tolerate such inhumane treatment on its citizens living there.
Contrary to trending news on the social media, about death of Nigerians in the latest onslaught, the minister of Foreign Affairs said that no Nigerian was killed, assuring that the South African government will be held accountable and made to compensate the victims.
