Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El’rufai has ordered investigation into the sex-for-grade allegation against a staff of Kaduna State University, KASU.
The Governor said the investigation and prosecution would be carried out by the Attorney General of the State.

The governor said the case will be fully investigated by the Attorney General of Kaduna State stressing that his administration is committed to putting an end to such evil act in the state.
Meanwhile, KASU management has set up a committee to investigate A.B Umar over sex for grade allegation against him.
The allegations were made by a female graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, who protested in KASU.
KASU’s Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics, Professor Abdullahi Ashafa, who presided over the meeting emphasized that the institution has zero tolerance for such behavior by its staff.
