The number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Nigeria has increased with 627 as recorded on 12th June ,2020.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC disclosed this in an official tweet .
Lagos maintains the lead with 229 new cases, followed by the FCT, which recorded 65 new cases,Abia-54, Borno- 42, Oyo-35, Rivers-28, Edo-28 , Gombe-27, Ogun -21 , plateau and Delta recorded 18 cases each.
Also confirmed were Bauchi and Kaduna, which recorded 10 new cases each, Benue-9, Ondo-8, Kwara-6, Nassarawa and Enugu recorded 4 each, Sokoto, Niger and Kebbi recorded 3 cases each while Yobe and Kano recorded 1 case each.
The new figure, brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 15, 181 with 4,891 patients discharged and 399 deaths.
