A total of 561 new Covid-19 cases were recorded Tuesday, June 30th, 2020.
The National Centre for Disease Control made the disclosure on its official twitter handle.
Lagos recorded 200 new cases, followed by Edo-119, Kaduna-52, FCT-52, Niger-32, Ogun-19, Ondo-16
Other states with confirmed new cases were Imo-14, Plateau-11, Abia-8, Oyo-8, Bayelsa-7, Katsina-6, Kano-5, Bauchi, Osun and Kebbi 3 cases each and Jigawa 1 case.
Since the first case of Covid19 was reported in the country in February 2020, a total of 25,694 people have tested positive, 9,746 people have been discharged with 590 fatalities.
