Nigeria recorded six hundred and fifty three fresh covid-19 cases on Saturday, 18th July , 2020.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC said this through its official page.
The record shows that Lagos state has 115 new cases followed by Kwara state with 85 cases,Enugu-80, FCT-78, Rivers-36, Ondo-35, Oyo- 30, Katsina-28, Kaduna and Abia recorded 19 cases each and Nasarawa recorded 18 cases.
Others are: Imo- 16, Ogun, Ebonyi , Benue and Kano recorded 9 case each, Delta-8, Bauchi- 7 , Ekiti-6, Gombe, Bayelsa , Adamawa and Osun 4 cases each, with Cross River, Yobe, Borno and Zamfara recording 1 case each.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 36,107 with 14,938 discharged and 778 deaths.
