The number of covid-19 confirmed cases in Nigeria has risen to 39,539 .
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control,NCDC said this in its recent twitter update on Friday, July 24th , 2020.
The report shows that Oyo has the highest number of cases with 191 new infections, Lagos- 168, FCT-61, Ondo-29, Osun-26, Ebonyi-24, Edo-23, Ogun-14, Rivers-13 and Akwa Ibom 12 new cases.
Other confirmed cases include Kaduna 10, Katsina-6, Borno-4, Ekiti, Imo and Delta 3 cases each and Niger state 1 confirmed case.
This new report brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 39,539, with 16, 559 persons discharged and 845 deaths.
