The number of Covid-19 confirmed cases in Nigeria has risen to 43,151 as announced by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
The agency confirmed 438 new confirmed cases on Friday, July 31, 2020.
The FCT recorded the highest number of confirmed case with 93 new infections, followed by Lagos with 78 cases, Plateau -64, Kaduna- 54, Oyo-47, Ondo-32,Adamawa-23, Bauchi-19, Rivers , Ogun and Delta 9 cases each.
Other confirmed cases include Edo -7, Kano and Enugu-6 each, Nasarawa-5 and Osun-1.
This record brings the total number of confirmed covid-19 cases in the country to 43,151 with19,565 persons discharged and 879 death.
