Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases have risen to 47,743.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control , NCDC said this via its twitter handle.
Records show that 453 fresh cases were registered on Wednesday, August 12 with Lagos recording 113 cases ,FCT- 72, Plateau – 59, Enugu- 55, Kaduna- 38, Ondo- 32, Osun-26, Ebonyi-20 and Ogun -9.
Also recorded were Delta -8, Borno- 7, Akwa- Ibom- 6, Oyo- 5, Bauchi, Kano and Ekiti recorded 1 case each.
As it stands, total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria is now 47, 743 with 33, 943 persons discharged and 956 deaths.
