
Nigeria recorded 197 new cases of covid-19 on September 10.
This figure was confirmed by The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC through a tweet.
According to the agency, Plateau recorded the highest number of cases with 83 new infections, Lagos – 48, Kaduna- 17, FCT – 16, Ogun – 11, Katsina – 7, Imo – 4, Edo – 3, Nasarawa – 3, Rivers – 2, Bayelsa-1, Oyo – 1 and Osun – 1.
This record brings the total number of confirmed covid-19 cases in the country to 55,829 with 43,810 persons discharged and 1,075 cases of death.
