The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 133 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the number of confirmed infected persons in the country to 61,440.
The health agency disclosed this on Sunday, October 18, via its official Twitter page as Lagos State recorded 90 fresh cases.
Other affected states are Rivers-13, FCT-8, Kaduna-8, Oyo-6, Ondo-3 ,Katsina-2, Nasarawa-2 and Plateau-1 .
Presently, 56,611 patients have recovered and 1,125 deaths recorded from Covid-19.
