The Apapa Iganmu police station was set ablaze by hoodlums on Tuesday according to a source.
The public relation officer of the Orile-Iganmu community, Ayo Micheal, confirmed the incident saying ” “Yes, the station has been attacked.
“The burnt Station is in Apapa Iganmu but served both Iganmu community in Apapa Iganmu and Orile Community in Coker/Aguda.”
Meanwhile, hoodlums had also burnt down Ugbekun police station in Benin and released some prisoners amidst the ongoing nationwide protest by peaceful protesters.
