The number of covid-19 confirmed cases in Nigeria has risen to 63,608 with new cases recorded in 14 states of the federation .
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC confirmed the figure via its twitter page on Thursday , November, 5.
Lagos recorded 87 new cases, Oyo – 51 , FCT – 12, Plateau – 10, Edo – 4 , Ekiti -3, Ogun – 3, Bauchi – 2, Niger – 2, Kaduna -2, Kano – 1, Ondo – 1, Osun-1 and Rivers -1.
The total number of covid-19 recoveries in the country now stands at 59, 748 with 1,155 cases of death.
