Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases surpassed 70,000 on Tuesday, December 8, as Lagos state recorded 219 infections.
According to the NCDC, 550 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in the country.
Other affected states are FCT-168 ,Kaduna-52, Kwara-19, Kano-15 ,Rivers-15 ,Sokoto-10 ,Enugu-9, Gombe-8, Plateau-7 ,Osun-7 ,Anambra-5, Oyo-5, Jigawa-4, Ogun-4, Bauchi-2 and Edo-1.
There are 70,195 confirmed cases in total, 65,110 of them have fully recovered with 1,182 deaths recorded.
