The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 7 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the number of confirmed infected persons in the country to 165,709.
The health agency disclosed this on Sunday, May 16, via its official Twitter page as Niger State recorded 5 cases while Rivers State recorded 2 fresh cases.
Presently, 156,413 patients have recovered and 2,066 deaths recorded from Covid-19.
