The Federal government has deployed personnel of the Department of State Services to the surroundings of Federal High Court,Maitama, Abuja in preparation for the continuation of the trial of leader, Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

The IPOB leader who stands before Justice Binta Nyako, Federal High Court, faces 9 charges bordering on terrorism ,treasonable felony and many more.

Heavily masked armed security operatives have been sighted at the entrance of the Federal Hight Court with motorbikes and vehicles preventing any movements into the area.

Members of IPOB had earlier been cautioned by the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami to stay away from the court hearing.

Movement has also been restricted in neighbouring hotels as the security operatives explained that they were on a special operation and sought the cooperation of the people in the area.
