The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Justice Binta Nyako adjourned the trial to October 21, following the failure of the Department of State Services (DSS) to produce Kanu in court.
She also ordered Nnamdi Kanu to remain in the custody of the Department of State Services despite a request to transfer him to Kuje correctional centre.
Meanwhile, Police operatives have arrested some members of IPOB, who appeared at the Federal High Court in Abuja, dressed in Jewish outfits.
