A 300 year level student in University of Lagos, Chidinma Ojukwu, who is the prime suspect in the murder of the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV, Usifo Ataga, has been issued a 30-day confinement in a cell by a Yaba Chiefg Magistrate Court.
Chidinma was arraigned along with two other suspects after which Magistrate Mrs. Adeola Adedayo issued the order pending legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecution.
The deceased’s body was found in a pool of blood inside a hotel room where he and Chidinma had spent the night.
Chidinma was arrested and paraded by the Police, admitting to have stabbed the Super TV CEO thrice which led to his death .
She, however, recanted days later and claimed ignorance of the CEO’s death .
Ataga has since been buried at Ebony Vaults, Ikoyi, Lagos.
