Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Mrs. Olayinka Adeyemi, has vindicated Babalola Disu, Abayomi Olutayo, Oluwo Ifeoluwa and other persons, interrogated in connection with the death of Super Television boss, Michael Usifo Ataga.
DPP in addition recommended Chidinma Ojukwu, and her accomplice, Adedapo Quadri, for murder trial.
Also to be prosecuted is Egbuchu Chioma, who was found in possession of the deceased’s phone
According to DPP, no offence was established against Disu, Olutayo and Ifeoluwa in respect of the case.
