Security operatives have arrested two persons at the Lekki toll gate over Endsars protest anniversary.
One of the people arrested was identified as a journalist while the other person was seen with a placard with the intention to stage a protest.
The Lagos state police command on Tuesday through a press release warned residents against staging any street protest with the exemption of indoor and virtual events.
The two arrested persons are currently in police custody.
