Structural engineer to the collapsed 21- story building, Prowess Engineering limited withdrew services on the project 19 months ago.
Despite the withdrawal by Prowess Engineering Limited, the owners of the project still continued construction.
The building, feared to have trapped tens of victims came down suddenly today at about 3pm.
In a letter of discontinuation of involvement in the project dated 20th February, 2020 and signed by the Managing Director , Muritala Olawale on behalf of Prowess Engineering Limited, the engineers univocally put a scary question on the integrity and safety of the project more than a years ago.
